You can check the cancellation policy of your order and cancel it by accessing the My Booking page. You will be asked to enter the booking number without the first three letters (e.g. MUS12345678 → 12345678) and the last name used for the reservation. Once you click on “View order details” your booking will appear on the screen.
After pressing "cancel booking" once, the cancellation policy will be displayed, and you will have to click "cancel booking" again, in order to confirm the cancellation.
