Sometimes, our systems can give an error when you try to add a product to the cart when they are synchronizing the availability, or when you add more tickets than the real availability. If you try to add the product to the cart for other dates or for fewer people and the error persists, please contact our customer service team. If you are successfully able to insert the product in the cart for another date or with a different number of holders, it means the date you originally wanted is no longer available or has limited availability – if you do not have the intention to buy for another date, remember to delete the experience from the cart.
